Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-15 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

If there is any delay with your order, you will be notified with updated shipping information.

All orders are shipped through USPS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or charged as a flat rate when applicable.

We offer free local pickup in Unionville, Tennessee. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Once your order has shipped, The Rooted Thread Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local USPS office for assistance.
